Regarding custom pet portraits as soon as your payment is confirmed, you send the video or picture of the animal to the e-mail studioerikados@gmail.com and I create and send the artwork within 20 days.

The packing and shipping take 3-8 shipping days on average according to your location to my Studio in Ohio.

Regarding commissions from large sizes, we have to talk about your completion date.

1. Pick the frame and the size available above or on the Custom session. Pick the art style when the material is the canvas. Realism or expressionism;
2. Pay it, and send the video or photo to studioerikados@gmail.com;
3. Wait for your art.

• Good pictures are not needed, a short recording is better;
• Make sure the colors are authentic, a lighter environment is better;
• Movement pictures are good too and no cuts;
• Hold a toy or food up to record or to take picture;
• Try the camera at eye level with your pet if possible avoid showing more body than face.

• All prints are handled with the utmost care; packaged in paper or plastic sleeves. Depending on the size print, you may receive your print in either a flat envelope or rolled tube. Both are safe and secure ways to transport your print.
• Over medium artwork sizes, they are shrink-wrapped to protect from water, padded well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.
• Most orders will ship via USPS or UPS and most domestic packages arrive within 2-8 days from the time of shipping.
• International shipments are not automatically available, please email us at studioerikados@gmail.com.

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.
